Many Fathers pay hundreds and sometimes thousands of pounds to obtain a court order to allow them to have contact with their children due to a vindictive ex, the problem is that this court order is continously broken as these exes know that in order for anything to happen to them , the father would have to pay to get the order enforced, therefore a change must take place to give some weight to the court order.
