Extension announcement

Ok so today it has been announced a 2 month extension on the current help to buy Equity loan scheme. My question is, are we satisfied with this extension? How many people will this 2 month extension help? Your house now needs to be build ready by 28th February 2021 and legally ready by 31st March 2021. This gives me and my family the leeway we desperately need, especially if a local lockdown occurs but i wonder how many others this will help??? I was hoping for 6 month extension minimum... shall we continue to press this?!?!?!?
