The Police wont release Bleue
Hi Everyone,
So as your all aware i stood before the court on 05/03/2019 and the Judge ordered Bleues Release home after 8 long months of battling to save his life, giving him a (CDO) Contingent Destruction Order! The orders are for him to be muzzled and walked on a lead outside.
Since Tuesday I have been trying to get him returned home with no joy and my heart is ready to break guys!
A dog officer called me on Thursday 07/03/2019 to advise he will be bringing Bleue home to me on Friday 08/03/2019 which was perfect because i had a day off work.
Friday arrives and i hear NOTHING all day regarding my dogs safe return only to then be called at around 6pm by that same incompetent officer advising that he alerted the kennels about bleues release and they told him they couldnt get nowhere near him because he was too distressed. My heart is shattering at this point, I demanded my dog be returned and was responded to by the officer stating he knows there is a court order for his release and said they dont want to wrestle with my dog in the dark on friday to transfer him to a pod to bring him home! The officer then proceeded to tell me that because i have moved to a new house they dont want to bring my DOG to an unfamiliar place as when they let him in my house they are concerned my beautiful boy is going to attack me and my daughter! What BULLSHIT!
I demanded going to the kennel to collect him myself and as they verbally told me Bleue was distressed it would be easier for me to get him so we can be reunited, he wouldnt be distressed the minute he saw me and my daughter- He declined my request and told me they will have to transfer him from the private kennels to their dog kennels where dogs are initially held and then arrange for me to come collect him. I AM FUMING.
He told me it wasnt going to take weeks and weeks then retracted what he said and told me itll be next week as they have to make arrangements first and draft me a LETTER! I dont want a fucking letter i want my dog home. he wouldnt tell me what this letter will consist of! IM SO ANGRY
I raised a complaint on Friday against the police and the fact they are legally not allowed to hold my dog for any longer and this is contempt of court nah?
Nobody got back to me after being told a sergeant would call back regarding my complaint! i contacted the solicitors friday evening after being given the Blow of the century that Bleue still wasnt being returned which is now illegal against the court order and made them aware of the police and there failure to comply.
I called the police again yesterday 09/03/2019 to raise another complaint against the police and was told again i would be contacted AGAIN no sergeant contacted me, so i called again and raised another complaint against the police and there failure to comply, i was told the officers on duty were on night shift and they would get in touch which was another LIE as i still have not been contacted.
This morning i call police again to make another complaint and have been fed the same bullshit again, i am literally at my wits end, i still wont give up and i will call them every hour until my dog is legally returned to me!
why TF do i have to wait till next week? why TF my dog got to sit distressed in kennels for any longer than he should have to when theres a court order? why am i being fed Bullshit by this decrepid Incompetent Nottinghamshire police force, why have they failed to comply to the court order?
The fact they told me that Bleue is distressed in there is a major worry for me, it sets alarm bells ringing that he has been distressed for the past 8 months after being taken and isolated on his own, if they couldnt get near my dog on friday due to the distress forced upon him then how has he been regularly exercised this past 8 months, how has he had any interaction with the kennel staff this past 8 months? my dog has been thrown basically in solitary confinement for this long and they are the reason he is distressed. This is Animal Cruelty! They continue to impose more distress now on my dog by not returning him even though they have a legal right to do so! My heart is CRUSHED beyond words.
Im sorry guys but this is still not over! im still fighting for Bleues return and i am so sad that this update isnt a video of the reunion and pics of my gorgeous boy back home.
I fell like the Police are trying to cover something up and its not sitting well with me, they returned a wrong dog to me in september 2018 and now bleues release has been ordered by the courts but he still hasnt been returned, somethings not right. im getting bullshit excuse after excuse but I will continue the FIGHT. Please share this if you can. Nottinghamshire police need exposing for what they have done and they will all be held accountable for this farse! I promise!
