Solicitor will instruct Social Services to contact the Police on the grounds of Harassment

So, I received a letter from the Solicitor involved with the Sheffield City Council, basically, in my opinion, gave me a gagging order. Either I stop contacting Social Services as well as remove Amelia's Law website etc, or the Solicitor will instruct Social Services to contact the Police on the grounds of Harassment. As if a gagging order is going to stop me fighting for Amelia
