Ian Smart is a practicing solicitor in Scotland. He is a senior Labour Party activist who regularly appears in the media. 

He resorts to constant online abuse of his opponents. Referring to them as fascist scum, Nazis, etc.

This behaviour has gone unchallenged by the Labour Party for years and it is not acceptable.

We call on the Labour Party to formally expel Ian Smart.
