The Issue

We the undersigned also ask that the Scottish Parliament  endorse and support this petition in the name of the Scottish people.

This order was not openly discussed in the Commons, passed by the house of Lords and then passed by a very select Labour and Liberal committee in the Scottish Office.

This action has nothing to do with devolution and it is a threat to our rights under Scots law "this is a dangerous precedent for Scotland" what further plans has England got for Scottish Assets?

The union of Scotland and English parliaments in 1707 did not in any way change the Scottish English border. Instead of Scotland looking East to the EU country's Scotland now looks at English waters.

Scotland's Marine Boundaries from Berwick-upon-Tweed to Carnoustie This area is rich in fish stock but also includes at least 12 producing Oil and Gas fields  with tax and license  revenue belonging to Scotland, but  the tax`s and revenue go to England, thus depriving Scotland  of her assets and by right Scotland would by right claim all the oil, gas and fish tax`s and revenue from England going back to 13 April 1999 plus interest up to date.

This makes the GERS report for Scotland completely misleading and false and puts Scotland at a disadvantage, but had the tax and license  revenue came to Scotland as it should rightfully be, then the Ger figures for Scotland would be totally different.

Alexander 11 of Scotland signed the Treaty of York  (1237) with Henry 111 of England, The Treaty officially defines the border between Scotland and England, the border it defined was essentially the one that exists to this day, the border hasn’t been altered in almost eight centuries.
