Students from Penny Bridge school will be on ITV border, with myself, reading letters that they have written to George Eustice asking for Windermere to be classified as an SAC. This designation would be specifically to help protect the otters that live in the Windermere catchment. The kids were very excited to be on the news and spread the message of why Windermere is important to them and how the climate crisis is going to impact the lake in its current terrible condition
