The Law Commission (which reviews outdated laws in the UK at the government's request) has launched a consultation on its provisional proposals for UK surrogacy law reform.  It is calling for responses from the public before deciding on its final recommendations, which will shape future UK surrogacy law.

We need your help - please respond to the consultation, which is open until 11 October 2019.  Whether you are a parent through surrogacy (UK or international), an intended parent, a surrogate, a lawyer, a fertility clinician, counsellor or anyone else involved in surrogacy, your voice could have a pivotal impact.
