I am thrilled to update you that the Law Commission is now considering whether to review UK surrogacy law as part of its next project (it is the independent body which reviews out of date UK laws). If you still feel passionately about surrogacy reform, tell the Law Commission why by responding to their consultation. You only have until next Monday (31st October) to do it, so don’t wait!
