Supermarkets are closing down so called "non essential purchasing areas" this includes clothing for babies, toddlers, adults and young children. It is unacceptable to state that clothing and other items are non essential during this incredibly difficult time.

It is just simply unacceptable to take these basic human rights away without real reason. Knowing that halloween is just around the corner and seeing that Alcohol and fireworks etc... will remain for purchase is just ridiculous. Items as such are Non Essential and are going to remain accessible for purchase.

Clothing, shoes, underwear etc.... are all essential items. Of which me know the government see as such because when filling a form out for benefit entitlements the form states you must include expenses for "Essential items" I.E clothing, shoes, child clothing, baby items and so on.

Why would you wish to take these away yet still take the benefits of selling other real Non Essential Items such as alcohol.

Makes no sense and we should not stand by and allow it to happen.

We have a voice and what we say matters!
