From the recent announcement made by our Hon'ble Prime Minister Theresa May, it is evident that she realises the issue plastic pollution is causing to UK. We can either sit back and wait for the Government to do something or take a more proactive step and take the issue head-on. I have taken the latter approach and set-up a target to reduce 25 million disposable plastic plates and bowls over 3 years. But the people who signed this petition need to support me to achieve this target. I cannot do this by myself unless we all come together. I am asking for a very small contribution, something you spend on a morning coffee or an evening beer with your friends. Your £5 or £10 will help me reach my target earlier and the ultimate beneficiary of this would be you, your kids and grand kids. I therefore appeal to please pledge and help us raise funds for this social cause.
