Are you a PDI? Tough luck says the DVSA
With a January lockdown looking increasingly likely, the DVSA have done absolutely nothing for the thousands of PDIs who are getting increasingly closer to their own two-year deadline since passing Part 1.
This is nothing new, the time limits for PDIs were something we raised back at the very start of this petition and the DVSA have had 9 months to prepare.
Part 2 and Part 3 tests are unavailable and the best advice from the DVSA is if you book a Part 3 before the deadline at least you'll have one attempt at the test!
The total amount spent on training by these PDIs must amount to hundreds of thousands of pounds, and those that don't give up and leave the industry will have to fork out all over again when they start from square one.
No comment from NASP on all this, and still no reply to their recent email to the DVSA.
It is totally unacceptable that the public are treated this way by this failing agency, and they must be held to account.
Keep sharing this petition for an independent full enquiry into the DVSA!
