NOTICE TO ALL UGU MASS LAWSUIT PETITIONERS - ACTION REQUIRED NOW! ALMOST ALL PLANTS ARE SHUT DOWN... THOUSANDS ARE WITHOUT WATER AND IS NOW LIFE THREATENING FOR THOSE IN HOSPITALS.... It has come to light that the same "modus operandi" has been used in port elizabeth to shut down water and electricity. This begs the question of whether the Unions are involved in this disaster?. With immediate effect the following action is to be taken by UGU MASS LAWSUIT PETITION: 1) Can all petitioners download and print the affidavit , which will be available by 4/11/2017 on our facebook group, for criminal charges to be laid of terrorism, manipulation,blackmail ,attempted murder (please let us know if you have sick family in hospital or in frail care at old age homes) and sabotage of our water supply against Ugu employees, GO TO /JOIN OUR FACEBOOK GROUP -UGU MASS LAWSUIT- OR EMAIL US FOR THE FORM ON THE EMAIL FURTHER DOWN- this form need to be filled in and stamped by a commissioner of oaths, the SAPS, an attorney or church minister that is certified as a commissioner. We will be erecting collection boxes at port edward/ munster/ ramsgate/ margate/ uvongo/ shelly beach/ port shepstone and southport where these forms can be deposited( the originals)or blank forms can be collected to fill in and have stamped, please first email a copy of your form to constitutional_rights@webmail.co.za, to verify your membership to the Petition UGU MASS LAWSUIT. If you have not yet joined please do so by going to our facebook group or change. Org and sign up to the petition by clicking on the links provided there. THE LOCATION OF THESE BOXES WILL BE MADE KNOWN BY THE 18TH OF NOVEMBER. WE NEED EVERYONE TO EMAIL THEN DEPOSIT YOUR FORM (FILLED AND STAMPED) INTO THESE BOXES AT THE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS, THESE WILL BE COLLECTED TWICE IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 25/11 TO 30/11. Official progress updates on these criminal charges and its processing will be emailed to petitioners and posted on our facebook group. 2) The presidential hotline will be contacted requesting the help of the defence force to safeguard plants and protect rights and equipment. 3) Follow up emails are to be send to the Public Protector and Human Rights commission notifying them of our intention to approach the international human rights commission should they not take action immediately 4) Carte Blanche, the Just Factor and other media sources will be contacted over the next 2 weeks regarding this horrendous human right violation disaster 5) contact is to be initiated to the municipal workers union head office on behalf of our petitioners, demanding an investigation of their local office's involvement in the human rights violation, vandalism of plants and equipment to cut water supply. 6) an attorney is to be consulted by end of November to help the institution of ALL petitioners affidavits for criminal charges to be laid. 7)if this crisis is still ongoing by the end of November we will request that all our petitioners gather in front of the municipal offices disaster management centre on a specific day in the first week of december, where we will hand over a request that all municipal workers be put on immediate suspension pending investigation and that previous workers or public notices for temporary workers be put in place until these criminals are caught and prosecuted. And that municipal staff who come forward with names of perpetrators will remain employed. 8) letters on behalf of all our petitioners is to be send immediately to the SAPS - Independent Police Investigative unit and Provincial Offices as no prosecution has taken place or criminals caught. 9) The international human rights commission is to be contatced early december if these actions fail. 10) This plan of action is to be communicated to the disaster mangement centre of UGU and ALL its management immediately The process & progress can be followed on our Facebook group - UGU MASS LAWSUIT WE HAVE TO STAND TOGETHER...
