ANOTHER NEW STRIKE.... AGAIN.... OPEN LETTER ON FACEBOOK TO DD NAIDOO -UGU

Dear Mr DD Naidoo - UGU DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY We kept UGU MASS LAWSUIT OPEN because we KNEW you could not hold your promises. We kept it open because YOU as one person are NOT going to control unruly staff who once again threaten with strikes... who will again vandalise plants and trample south coasters human right to water. We kept it open because you did NOT notify these staff or their union, that you wont tolerate it and what legislation their vandalism is subject too, how it has changed and what the consequences are. We kept it open because we knew UGU would fail... time and again. We kept it open because we KNOW we will reach 7000 signatures so we can commence action and build up evidence in the time we do remain open... to gain commitments. We kept it open because so many residents are still suffering, we kept It open to give those, who do not know about the MASS CLASS SUIT a chance to join.. Mr DD Naidoo it is time you take us seriously for 2 reasons... we will NOT rest until criminals and your Municipality is made an example off to the rest of south africa's government,to show what will happen if south africans rise in one voice to take civil action against those government departments that fail to uphold their right. Secondly a successful MASS SUIT will pave the way to provide a new method for future.. to fight government failures. No.. Mr Naidoo ! we will not rest, in one week we gained 1500 signatures during your recent vandalism of your staff... during this new threatened strike it will see us gaining double! We will be at 7000 before you can blink your eyes... keep failing us UGU and you will have to deal with the wrath of south coast residents!. Keep failing us Mr DD Naidoo and we will insist on Administration and your replacement... Its time Mr Naidoo that you pay attention... time is running out for you....
