COMPLAINT TO PUBLIC PROTECTOR RECEIPT OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The Public Protector has acknowledged receipt of or emailed complaint regarding the service failure of UGU, which was submitted online on 9 October 2017. Further to this the Public Protector has called by telephone to say the matter has been send to the highest office and will receive attention shortly, keep on the lookout for more updates on our petition and our facebook group "UGU MASS LAWSUIT"
