Please sign this petition in order to put a stop against the creation of the European Super League. The European Super League is being created by the top 6 Premier League clubs, in order for them to move away from the Premier League to merge into a league with the other prestigious football clubs in Europe. 12 clubs in total from European leagues will participate, although it is being created by the owners of Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur. All of the owners of these clubs have a colossal amount of money, therefore it is absolutely scandalous for them to create this. Furthermore, to do so in a middle of a global pandemic is absolutely disgusting, when there’s so many people in this world who are financially struggling at this moment in time. As a Liverpool fan myself, I would like all other football fans to join me in protesting against this. It doesn’t matter who you support, we must stop this greediness from ruining the game we all love.
