Petition to UEFA Requesting a Formal Investigation Into the UEFA Champions League Final Officiating and Related Conduct

We respectfully ask UEFA to:

Conduct a full investigation into the performance of referee Daniel Siebert and the entire officiating team.
Review all major match incidents, including penalty appeals, disciplinary decisions, and VAR communications.
Examine whether UEFA refereeing protocols were correctly followed throughout the match.
Review any conduct by either club, including Paris Saint-Germain, that may require further investigation under UEFA rules and disciplinary standards.
Publish a transparent summary of findings to restore confidence in the integrity of the competition.
Implement any necessary reforms, recommendations, or disciplinary measures arising from the investigation.
This petition is not intended to attack individual officials, players, or clubs. Football supporters simply deserve confidence that matches of this magnitude are decided by the players on the pitch and administered according to the highest possible standards of fairness and accountability.
