From Ireland: "Fine Gael TD Noel Rock who drafted a Private Members’ Bill last year outlawing ticket touting with Independent TD Stephen Donnelly, said the legal process for the legislation needs to move a lot quicker. And he slammed the current situation where touts can make huge profits by reselling tickets on secondary websites.
