#TamponTax and the opportunities ahead!

Well, friends, we’ve made it to December. Given the national backdrop, I've been wondering lately if and how menstrual equity fits in to the new landscape. Do tampons really matter? My answer: yes, actually more than ever. Ours is one of the few policies that's having real, bipartisan traction in the U.S. now ... the Washington, DC council voted to eliminate the tampon tax last month. And the states of TX, UT, FL and MI are already making moves to do the same in 2017. We've got work to do!
