NY Senate passes Tampon Tax bill!!!

New York will be the first state to get it done! Legislation to eliminate the tampon tax has now passed unanimously in both houses ... with bipartisan support. Amazing!! On to the governor's desk next, where he's made assurances that he'll sign the bill into law. We did it!! One state down, 39 to go!
