バイデン大統領は、年明けの連邦議会で、イスラエルへの軍事援助として143億ドル（2兆1400億円）の緊急補正予算の承認を求めていましたが、国境管理対策やウクライナ支援への共和党の反対、それにサンダース議員の頑張りで、成立には至りませんでした。
アメリカは、オバマ政権時代からイスラエルに対して、例年38億ドル（5690億円）の軍事支援を行っており、今回の2兆円（$14.3bn.）の緊急予算が成立すれば、合計180億ドル（2兆5626億4000万円）となり、イスラエルの2022年の軍事費の8割に相当する巨額の予算となります。

バイデン大統領は昨年10月にこの予算を提案しましたが、未だに成立していません。しかし、国境管理問題は切り離し、対外軍事支援法案という形で、2月6日に審議が再開され、14日に上院で可決されてしまいました。
下院では、ウクライナ支援と国境問題を切り離すことへの共和党の反感が強く 可決は 見通しが立たないとも言われていますが 、ウクライナからの強い要望もあり、 共和党とバイデン大統領との間で 水面下の交渉が行われており、いつ妥協が成立するかわからない状況になっています。
病院や救急車を攻撃、医師や救急隊員を拘束・殺害する。医療物資の搬入も妨害し、医療へのアクセスができないようにする。こうして、30000人以上の無辜の市民を殺害し続けて来たイスラエルは、その犯罪行為を隠すために、100人ものジャーナリストも殺害しました。
ICJ（国際司法裁判所）での仮保全措置命令で、ジェノサイドを防止するあらゆる措置を取ることを命令されたにも関わらず、イスラエル軍は攻撃の手を緩めることはありません。
それどころか、今まさに、100万人の避難民が身を寄せる、ラファへの苛烈な地上戦を行おうとしています。
ネタニヤフ首相は、誰が何と言おうと、今後1年間は戦闘を続けるとまで言っています。
今回の予算案が成立して、イスラエルに2兆円が送られるたら、1年間のガザ虐殺継続が可能になります。
もう一つ、絶対に見過ごしてはいけないのは、この予算案には、
【今後、イスラエルへの武器輸出や軍事支援は、現在法律で定められている議会の承認を経ずに無制限に送ることができる】という条項があるのです。なんと恐ろしい法案でしょうか。
最後に、この予算案には「UNRWAへの拠出金は禁止」という文言が盛り込まれました。「軍事支援は無制限に、UNRWA支援は永遠に禁止」では、ジェノサイドの全面的な共犯者というほかありません。
う、これ以上の命は奪わせない。ジェノサイドを一刻も早く止め、ガザの人々の命と尊厳を守るために、 2兆円の対イスラエル軍事支援予算案を阻止しましょう。

The United States must not pass the $14.3bn supplemental military aid budget for Israel in Congress.
This budget bill is a package of support for Ukraine, for Israel, and for Taiwan, but is usually reported as an emergency budget to support only for Ukraine.
That obscures a very important issue: the bill contains $14.3bn to facilitate Israeli genocide.
In addition, it includes a clause “Prohibiting contributions to UNRWA.”
Moreover, there is a provision that allows the President to send unlimited weapons to Israel without legally-required notification of Congress.

Since the Obama administration, the United States has provided $3.8bn in military aid to Israel each year.

Unfortunately, however, on February 13th, the Senate passed a bill that focuses solely on foreign aid, unrelated to border issues.
The House of Representatives debate begins on April 15.
In the light of the current situation in the Middle East, the bill could be passed quickly.
The House must reject the genocide budget.
Past 4 months, the Israeli military commits numerous war crimes, bombing unarmed innocent civilians and hospitals, attacking ambulances, and deliberately killing many Palestinian journalists who are risking their lives to tell the truth.They have also killed many women, children and babies.
Right now, the Israeli army is about to launch a full-scale ground invasion of Rafah, 1.5 million displaced people live there, enduring hunger, cold and disease. Attacking there will only lead to devastating consequences. That is Absolutely Unacceptable❢
Prime Minister Netanyahu has also made frightening statements, “ This fighting will be able to continue for 1 more year, since 80 % of the American agree to enforce war on Gaza”. In other words, without US massive funding, Genocide will not be able to continue!
It is time to stop military funding to Israel. The U.S. must no longer be an accomplice to the genocide of the Netanyahu government.
