3. The Presidential candidates differ on the ratification of the ERA.

The Trump Administration calls the ERA: "...dead, dead, dead."

The Biden campaign posted this: 

"As President, Biden will work with advocates across the country to pass the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) so women’s rights are once and for all explicitly enshrined in our Constitution. Biden co-sponsored the ERA nine times. As President, he will work with advocates across the country to enshrine gender equality in our Constitution. 4. Onward. The 19th Amendment a hundred years ago won for women their one and only Constitutional right- the right to vote. The ERA would be the 28th Amendment, and that would finally win for women all the other Constitutional rights males enjoy. The word "women" does not yet appear in the U.S. Constitution. Please, if you are 18 or older, think about that as you cast your ballot for President.
