Now that Virginia has ratified the ERA, the 38th state to do so, the ERA should be enshrined in the U.S. Constitution as its 28th Amendment. President Biden and Vice President Harris in January 2021 can order the U.S. Archivist to publish the ERA as its 28th Amendment. From the White House to your house we can all be part of this campaign. Add your voice and your actions to the movement. It's Go Time for the ERA.
