Conversion therapy, while banned in many cities and counties, is still legal in the state of Florida. It is a mentally and physically detrimental practice brought on by the fear, homophobia, and transphobia of anti-lgbtq+ citizens. Nobody should be asked or forced to change who they are or who they like to please others, and many minors are sent to conversion therapy by their parents, robbing them of the choice to live the way they deserve. Don’t stand idly by, sign and help the lgbtq+ youth and citizens of Florida get the justice they deserve.
