We're continuing on to the next battle in the war on soring Tennessee Walking Horses. Just a few weeks ago the notorious convicted horse torturer Jackie McConnell remerged in the public spotlight, welcomed with open arms by the walking horse world championship horse show, the so-called 'Celebration.' 

And now we're going to press to federal government to investigate Jackie McConnell and see if he's in violation of the Horse Protection Act and sentence imposed after the Dept. of Justice and District Attorneys successfully prosecuted him in 2012. McConnell went so far as to present a trophy at the World Grand Championship event.
