A few weeks ago we learned that the notorious horse torturer Jackie McConnell was welcomed back to the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration - the world championship show - with open arms. Not only was he embraced and allowed to return, but he also donated a trophy in one of the 'big lick' pain-based events. ABC Nightline exposed McConnell brutally beating, shocking, torturing, and soring horses in a 2012 expose that helped spark the PAST Act's introduction.
