Ohio Legislators Submit Bills in the House and Senate to Amend Esther's Law, & Arizona's Camera Law

This is about Arizona trying to get their camera law passed for the second time, it failed last year.   Also it talks about Esther's Law in Ohio and the two Bills that were submitted to amend it.  Steve Piskor opposes Ohio House Bill 809 in favor of Ohio Senate Bill 154.
