Bipartisan Bill to Expand Esther's Law in Ohio

This is a companion House Bill to  the Ohio Senate Bill to expand Esther's Law to other facilities and add language to stop nursing home from giving families a hard time installing a camera.  This is why we need a Federal Law for cameras in all long term care facilities in every state.  Leading age is a lobbyist organization that has tried to block this law in every state it has been passed.  They have never offer a solution to neglect, abuse, rape and murder, and they protect everyone under the sun except residents in long term care who need it the most.  The only camera everyone fears in the one in long term care facilities.
