Article from Seattle Times in 2011 Start Esther's Law

This was the start of Esther' Law in 2011.  The one from Ohio is Esther Piskor.  They mention Violette King who was the first advocate of cameras in nursing homes.  I knew Violette and we talked about a federal law for cameras in all states in every facility.  She passed away a few years ago, but we continue the fight and won't stop until it is passed.
