The Road To Esther's Law

I can't see petitions for a federal law to save pets with over 100,000 signatures and not even 1000 signatures to save our most vulnerable loved ones.  Abuse, Neglect, Rape, Murder and Exploitation happen in all long term care facilities.  A camera would help and let families check on their loved ones any time they want.  We should have a million signatures on this petition.
