Clinton comments on Russia meddling with the U.S. election

"A foreign power meddled with our election and did so in a way that we are learning more about every single day." The Russian hackings, she said, appeared to be a "more effective theft even than Watergate." Accusing Russian President Vladimir Putin of wanting to "sow distrust and confusion, as well as influence, our election," the former secretary of state also said she supports an independent investigation into whether there was collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign. Russians "will be back time and time again" if the United States doesn't take bipartisan "action together to hold whoever was involved accountable," Clinton warned. I have paid to promote this petition and would pay more if it was effective but I think I only got 1-2 additional signatures after paying change.org $50 to test the promotion. I could really use some help spreading the word. I am not expecting this petition to immediately make a change - but we want to start that conversation. Do we want to let Putin's interference stand? We know he attempted to hack Senator Rubio's campaign too. Russia has been hacking elections across Europe too. We can't let this continue.
