It would be very helpful for the government to take more action to assist in people getting jobs that have disabilities. I have applied for many jobs and been turned away and not taken seriously because I am deaf. I’m a qualified and hardworking person as I have 2 degrees, one in Biotechnology and the other in Computer Network Technology. I was an honor student while earning both degrees. I also have two children.

Disability qualification and it’s not enough to help me land a job to support myself and family. A job program to help ensure qualified individuals with disabilities would benefit many more others than just myself.

There are tools available to all people with disabilities to help them communicate with others. Disabilities do not mean a person is not capable of a job.

In other countries such as Canada and many European ones they have programs in place to ensure people with disabilities are getting jobs that they are capable and qualified for and not turned away because of their disabilities.

This is America, I recently became US Citizen, I love America and it hurt to see we are struggling to live in this time of health crisis and seeing governments divided instead of being united, committed to be a force against covid19.

Please, help placing people to work through job placement programs based on skills and degrees. It will help disabled people get jobs that we can do and deserve, and it will help increase the numbers of taxpayers, reducing the cost of bills relief. Incentivize job, support people who are still without job. And help disabled people who can't compete equally for a job position to get a job, this will help reduce cost of ssi bills, food stamps bill, housing bills, by giving job to disabled people.
