I am at a stand still now and not getting much help. I have decided to close the petition as a lot as changed and yes we had something to do with it. States have become no kill, they have looked into some of the posts that were posted, and they added to the penalty for animal abusers. Not to say later I won't start another one up to still try to get more laws changed and still stiffer punishment. I am leaving a link where this guy got 28 years in prison in January 2020. Needless to say I don't think it was enough. Even though I feel if not for the petitions and so forth, he would not have gotten this penalty. There were 7 dogs involved and he had fun in doing what he did. Caution: There is a video beware!! Thanks to you we made a difference!!
