This guy forced intercourse on this poor dog and the injuries was so severe that the dog had to be euthanized. That poor dog suffered and was the same as raped and had to be killed cause of him. That dog did not have a choice and did not asked to be treated this way. To top this off here is his punishment:  Judge Angel Lopez sentenced Fidel Lopez to the maximum possible: 60 days in jail and 3 years probation for each count. He can't be in possession of a dog for 15 years and he must undergo treatment for those who abuse animals. He has to pay $500 in restitution and may need to undergo drug and alcohol treatment if ordered. Big deal and this is the maximum,60 days, 3 years probation and after 15 years he can be around dogs again? I am also tired of the excused of drugs or alcohol. They are the ones who chose to do those things not the animals. I am not going to say anymore but do you feel justice has been giving to this poor dog? Sign petition demanding stiffer punishment for all animal abuse as well as to get rid of kill shelters. Nothing against the employees who do their job, but there are way too many animals that are being abused and/or killed for nothing they have done. The animals even get put on Death Row while some of the abusers walked free. The animals need all of us to step up and be their voice. Please join us and Help, Sign and Please Share! We need to keep the pressure on.I can not say this petition has changed anything but I can say after I got so many signatures, that is when some states started changing the laws. After they seen how many supporters were here to speak for them. Every State needs to make the law so stiff that the abusers would think twice before hurting an animal.
