This is heart breaking. The owners boyfriend beat her dog with a broom. When she came home she seen blood on the broom and the puppy could not walk. He must have really beat her as the puppy's femur and her humerus is broken in half. Her injury is severe, she has significant nerve damage and is not able to feel her front foot. She may even have to have her leg amputated. As if this wasn't enough for the puppy to go through, she gave the puppy up saying she could not afford surgery, (not even trying to get help) and said she has no place to keep the pup as she lives with her boyfriend. He wouldn't be a boyfriend after what he did. The police was called but they are not going to be pressing charges. There is no witness and this is all hearsay. Please sign petition demanding stiffer punishment for all abusers as well as to get rid of kill shelters, nothing against the employees who do their job, but there are way too many animals being abuse and/or killed and it has to be stopped. The laws in the US needs to be changed in all States with stiffer punishment as well as making this a crime that must be checked out just like any other crime. Too many are getting away with a slap on their wrist or not paying for their crime at all. This petition is for every animal and for every kind of abuse there is. Our animals should be protected and have justice. Without us they do not have a chance. They need all of us to stick together and be their voice.
