This is not fair for the animals. They did not ask to go or did they ask to be left in a hot car. This is abuse no matter how you look at it. I am only using this news about Alabama Law but if you read it, it is not the only State. To save a person or animal we should be able to save that person or animal. Why should they die if they can be saved. I know police can't always show up in a speedy time so we can not depend on them as it might be too late.
