Here is just another way our animals are abused and/or killed. When you hear the words animal abuse, do you ever think of people getting rid of their pets cause of stupid reasons? It does happen and they get away with it. So many animals are put in Kill Shelters cause they are not wanted and end up on death row and their life is taken. Even if their pet runs away, some don't care and will not call the shelter or try to find them as they don't care what happens to them. There is no law to protect our animals at all.
