Another animal abused and no one was charged for it. The laws need to be changed to make the law officers to find out who did these crimes. When they get tired of abusing and/or killing animals they move on to something bigger. So many cases where there was child abuse and/or killing, they had killed or abused animals before. Even if they have not they still need to be stopped as killing and/or abusing animals is a CRIME! They need to be charged for what they have done and not with a slap on the wrist. Once they do this they will repeat it. This petition is for all different kinds of animals as there is many different kinds of abuse, and it is for all animals not just one certain one. It is up to us to protect our animals. We all need to stand up for them and be their voice. They all deserve to live without being abused and none of them deserve to be killed. Our animals get put on DEATH ROW while the abusers walk free. This is a fact! Luckily someone found this dog. The sad think is though I could not find a update to see if this dog made it or not. But this dog had to fight to live. I have asthma and I can tell you it is not fun when you can not breath, it is scary. I can imagine how this poor dog felt with his mouth taped shut and wrapped in garbage bags and thrown out for trash.
