Look at this picture! Does any animal deserve to be treated like this? I don't think any animal should be treated like this, there is nothing they can do to deserve this. To top it all off, this looks like another case where someone walked free after breaking this dogs back and dumped her in a landfill. Only had trash to eat. She had to crawl as she could not walk. This is abuse and animal abuse is a crime. Who ever did this should have to pay for it. The laws need to be changed where the police should have to look into these cases as they would any other kind of crime. They need to take these crimes seriously.
