Look at the picture in the article he did not look aggressive to me and he was only a puppy 10 months. I would like to have seen his finger where the puppy bit him. Even if he did, no animal deserves to be punished like he did. He is on bond set at only $1,500 which does not seem like enough for what he did. He killed this puppy in a cruel way.
