This poor boy looks like he has been pretty much abused from his scars, maybe bait for dog fighting before they decided just to leave him on his own. Nothing against the employees but there are too many animals being abused and/or killed for nothing they have done. They do not deserve this behavior. If they end up in a kill shelter they will even be put on Death Row, while if they had been abused that abuser will keep on walking.
