To be in this condition breaks my heart in two. How can any human do this? I don't call them humans and they do not belong in our society. My main concern is about the animals who get abused. Nothing against the employees but there are too many animals being abused and/or killed. Most of these animals have already been abused or neglected before going to shelters. As if that is not enough for these animals to have to go through they are put on death row. Yes the animals on death row, not the ones who did this to them. That does not seem fair to me.
