It says Benny was abused but never mentioned one thing about any one being charged, and nothing about the other dog. This story tells me the owner of Benny did abuse and should have to pay for it. That poor baby has suffered and is still not well yet. The female Betty doesn't seem to have anything major wrong with her. That is great, but she still has been neglected to be able to run and roam the streets with no one to protect her, give her food, water and love she deserves. Two dogs abused and no one charged.
