The vet says whoever shot her put the gun up against her back. The bullet is in her spine.This cat was dragging herself and thankfully someone seen her and called for help. She may never be able to control her bowels, or bladder again or be able to walk. Too weak for any kind of surgery at the time. This is not fair for anything with feelings to go through. They don't know who did it neither.
