Image may contain: one or more people ****ATTENTION***** YES THIS IS A DOG IN A TRASH BAG!!! This little dog was heard crying in a dumpster at an apartment complex in Katy texas @7am this morning!!! The person that found this dog told me a lady flagged him down, said she heard something crying in the dumpster. This guy jumped in and found the small dog along with mail that has an address and name!!! He even knocked on that door and of course no answer!! He doesn't know how long this little dog was there but the dog had food and a rug in the bag with it. The cops where called but Unfortunately the little dog died before the police showed up. What's even more disturbing is that the officer DIDNT TAKE THE DOG, ANIMAL CONTROL WAS NOT CALLED TO MAKE A CASE and they where told there is nothing that can be done. Nothing can be done. WHY NOT? They even knew who the owner was from the mail. This is not fair to any animal. They need all of us to help them.
