Here is the law: Washington Animal Cruelty in the First Degree is defined as: “intentionally inflicts substantial pain on, causes physical injury to, or kills an animal by a means causing undue suffering, or forces a minor to inflict unnecessary pain, injury, or death on an animal.” This is a Class C Felony, with a fine up to $10,000 and/or imprisonment up to 5 years. This is not a punishment for what he did. These laws have to change in favor of the animals. Please we have to speak up for the animals as they can not speak. We are their only hope.
