Dear Supporters,

Here is some information that you can send to your Representative in Congress.
------------------------------------
The 2025 Chrysler Voyager Minivan has halogen headlights. (https://www.greenway.com/inventory/new-2025-chrysler-voyager-lx-fwd-mini-van-passenger-2c4rc1cg2sr516012/  This is really important.  The auto industry and federal government would have us all believe that 6500K LED headlights with unlimited intensity are better for safety, and yet here we have a safe, unassuming minivan with tungsten filament/halogen headlights.  Either Chrysler has chosen to use unsafe halogen headlights in new Voyager vehicles in 2025, or the idea that 6500K LED headlights are safer is a false narrative.  We all know the truth already.

This is a 2700K LED replaceable bulb headlamp from OSRAM.  (https://www.osram.com/ecat/LEDriving%20HL%20VINTAGE%20H4-R2-H19-LEDriving%20HL%20VINTAGE-LED%20high%20and%20low%20beam%20lamps-Car%20lighting-Automotive/com/en/GPS01_4023022/ZMP_4064995/  Although such LED replaceable bulbs are unlawful because the manufacturer did not submit them to NHTSA for approval, this nevertheless shows that the industry is perfectly capable of using 2700K instead of 6500K for headlamps.

In the image, the only safe headlight is the first one, halogen.  The beam is yellow and not overly intense.  The HID, LED, and Laser beams are high-glare white/blue, and excessively intense, which is hazardous for our eyes and dangerous for driving.

Sincerely,

Mark Baker
