Dear Supporters,

The one-year anniversary of the Soft Lights Foundation petition to the FDA to regulate LED products, including LED headlights, is coming up on June 12, 2023. The FDA is sitting on the petition, not acting. I sent this letter today, asking the FDA to provide a detailed response, as per 21 CFR 10.30(e)(2)(iv).
