 The citizens started a change.org petition that already has over 5,000 signatures.  I see this Canadian petition and the fight against the LED floodlight as something that can help our own cause.  Please consider signing the St. John's Canada petition to create a bylaw to protect citizens from this LED floodlight.  https://chng.it/8hdnZt8ML7
