Dear Supporters,

On December 2, 2022, NHTSA informed us that they have no intention of holding the automakers accountable for the blinding glare caused by their use of LED headlights.  I have learned that the US Department of Transportation has an Office of Inspector General that has the power to open investigations into NHTSA and companies.  Because NHTSA refused to open an investigation, I have now submitted a complaint to the DOT-OIG requesting that they open an investigation into Ford's false claims that LED headlights comply with FMVSS-108.

If there is any justice at all in this world, the DOT-OIG will do their job.
